This set is called "Under The Arbor". It comes with three backgrounds, topper, the welcome banner, ornaments, and matching buttons, including one blank, for your use.

This set is for use on non-commercial personal websites and for theme use on non-business message boards only.

If you have a commercial (for profit) website, only non-artists sets are allowed to be used
and only after contacting me via e-mail so we can discuss terms of use.

Sites and message boards using these sets must be family-friendly and cannot contain hate, racist, sexual content, or any content promoting illegal activities, or any content deemed offensive.
